Roofing, Gutters and Siding Built for the Weather Ahead

We climb up, photograph what is actually happening on your roof, and give you one written price with no line items added later. Licensed, insured, and finished when we said we would be.

About us

Keeping Weather Out of Buildings Since Two Thousand and Two

This company began as a two-person crew working weekends on storm-damaged bungalows. Two decades later we run six crews across residential and light commercial work, and the rule has not changed: nobody quotes a roof they have not walked.

Shingles, standing seam, flat membrane, gutters, soffit and siding are all handled in-house, so there is one crew on site, one schedule to track and one number to call.

  • Every roof walked before it is priced
  • Deck rot priced per sheet, never estimated
  • Licensed, insured and permit-ready
  • Magnet sweep at the end of every day

Our vision

A roof should be forgettable. We want homeowners to go a full twenty years without thinking about the thing over their heads, because nothing up there ever gave them a reason to.

Our mission

Photograph every problem before we price it, use the fastener pattern the manufacturer specifies rather than the one that is faster, and leave the property cleaner than the day we pulled in.

What People Say After the Next Storm

The real review of a roof arrives months later, in weather. These are from customers we went back to after one.

“They found the leak two other roofers had missed, and it was not even on the roof.”

The estimate matched the invoice to the cent. Two sheets of decking were rotten and they showed me the photographs before adding the line, at the price quoted per sheet.

Hail came through in June and they had a tarp on our back slope before dark. The claim went through on the first submission because their photo report was that thorough.

Six units in a terrace, phased so nobody lost access to their door. The site foreman texted a progress photo at the end of every day without being asked.

We went with standing seam and I braced for a mess. They rolled the panels on the driveway, and nobody found a single offcut in the flower beds afterwards.

Gutters and fascia at the same time as the roof saved us hiring twice. The downspout on the north corner finally handles what comes off that valley.

FAQ

The Questions Homeowners Ask on the Driveway

If yours is not here, call and ask. Nobody at this number works on commission, so you will get the answer rather than a pitch.

How long does a full roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are torn off and reroofed within one to two working days. Steep pitches, multiple dormers or hidden deck damage can add a day, and we tell you before the crew arrives if that is likely.

Do you help with storm insurance claims?

We document the damage with dated photographs, slope measurements and a written scope your adjuster can price directly. We do not file the claim for you, but we will meet the adjuster on site.

What roofing materials do you install?

Architectural and three-tab asphalt, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, synthetic slate and shake, and single-ply membrane for low-slope and flat sections. We are certified installers for the systems we quote.

Repair or replace — how do I know?

If the damage is localised and the field shingles still have granules and flexibility, repair is usually the better spend. Widespread granule loss, curling edges or a third leak in two years points the other way, and we will say so.

Is my garden and driveway protected?

Beds, shrubs, windows and any outdoor units get covered before the first shingle moves. Debris drops into a ground tarp, and we run a rolling magnet over lawn, drive and kerb at the end of each day.

What warranty comes with the work?

Ten years on our workmanship, transferable once, alongside the manufacturer warranty on the materials themselves. We register the material warranty on your behalf before the job closes.

Can gutters and siding be done at the same time?

Yes, and it usually costs less than booking them separately because the scaffolding, disposal and crew mobilisation are shared. It also means one warranty covering the roof-to-wall junction.

How quickly can someone look at a leak?

Active leaks are triaged the same day we hear about them. If conditions are unsafe for the roof, we tarp from below or from a ladder line and return for the permanent repair once the weather clears.
